Montana Drone Company helped out Summit Housing Group showcase the Timber Ridge Apartments in Bozeman, MT and highlight their amenities.

Timber Ridge is a 30-unit apartment complex on Tschache Lane in northwest Bozeman, MT. The three-story building is intended to be for those 55 and older who have an income at 60% or less of area median income.

Timber Ridge contains 20 one-bedroom units and 10 two-bedroom units. Residents will have elevator access to the second and third floors. In addition to numerous in-unit amenities (e.g. washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven, etc.) the apartment complex will also host numerous community spaces and amenities, such as an indoor community room with a kitchen, and an outdoor patio space.
