All CONTENT taken by the COMPANY remains the intellectual property of the COMPANY unless agreed upon in writing beforehand. The CLIENT receives usage rights as outlined below, but does not own the copyright to any CONTENT unless agreed upon in writing beforehand.
The CLIENT may use the CONTENT for:
• Personal use (e.g., printing, social media sharing, personal websites)
• Commercial use (e.g., business promotion, marketing, property showcases, social media, websites)
• Not permitted: resale or third-party distribution without written permission.
• Some deliverables contain stock CONTENT whether from the COMPANY or other 3rd party entities. All stock CONTENT is restricted in use to only the current project
and may not be used in any other form of use
The COMPANY may use CONTENT for the following purposes only after the public release by the CLIENT:
• Portfolio (print and/or digital)
• Website and social media promotion
• Marketing materials (e.g., brochures, ads, sample albums)
By hiring the COMPANY to collect CONTENT, the CLIENT, through payment of services, agrees to this DISCLOSURE for all purposes listed.
If a business or property changes ownership, listing agents, brokerages, or representation, previously created media may be available for relicensing at the discretion of the COMPANY and the original CLIENT to a
new RELICENSEE. Unless specifically authorized in writing, RELICENSEE may not:
• Transfer or sublicense media to another agent, brokerage, owner, or third party
• Sell, distribute, or license the media
• Claim ownership or copyright of the media
When relicensing previously created media, the RELICENSEE is responsible for determining whether the media accurately represents the property's current condition.
Relicensing does not transfer copyright ownership.
The COMPANY agrees not to disclose personal information or identifying details without explicit permission. Images will be used respectfully and tastefully.
