Photography & Video Use Disclosure

This Photography & Video Use Disclosure (“Disclosure”) is provided by DFman Enterprises LLC dba Montana Drone Company (“COMPANY”) to inform our clients (“CLIENT”) about how photos and video (“CONTENT”) taken during the session may be used.

1. Ownership and Copyright

All CONTENT taken by the COMPANY remains the intellectual property of the COMPANY unless agreed upon in writing beforehand. The CLIENT receives usage rights as outlined below, but does not own the copyright to any CONTENT unless agreed upon in writing beforehand.

2. CLIENT Usage

The CLIENT may use the CONTENT for:
• Personal use (e.g., printing, social media sharing, personal websites)
• Commercial use (e.g., business promotion, marketing, property showcases, social media, websites)
• Not permitted: resale or third-party distribution without written permission.
• Some deliverables contain stock CONTENT whether from the COMPANY or other 3rd party entities. All stock CONTENT is restricted in use to only the current project and may not be used in any other form of use

3. COMPANY Use

The COMPANY may use CONTENT for the following purposes only after the public release by the CLIENT:
• Portfolio (print and/or digital)
• Website and social media promotion
• Marketing materials (e.g., brochures, ads, sample albums)

4. Agreement

By hiring the COMPANY to collect CONTENT, the CLIENT, through payment of services, agrees to this DISCLOSURE for all purposes listed.

5. Privacy

The COMPANY agrees not to disclose personal information or identifying details without explicit permission. Images will be used respectfully and tastefully.
