Wondering where you would take the FAA UAV part 107 test in Montana? There are currently six locations in Montana to take your uav test to get certified to fly a uav commercially. You'll find the list below with their contact information. Drone pilots looking to take their multiple-choice test have to register on the IACRA website FIRST to obtain what’s called an FAA Tracking Number (FTN) before being allowed to schedule the test. Normally you need to schedule your test at least 2 weeks out from when you want to take the part 107 uav exam. Each testing center is different and may require additional notice to schedule your exam. When you take the uav Part 107 exam all you need to score is 70% or higher to instantly become certified that same day as the exam.
